Are you an Estimator ready to take the next step? We are delighted to be working with a lead fit-out and refurbishment contractor to add a Senior Estimator to their established commercial team based in Glasgow. This role will offer the opportunity to work within a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare and residential.

Our client takes pride in creating and maintaining strong client relationships and always striving for customer satisfaction. To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable expertise in estimating and a strong knowledge of Scottish supply networks and material prices. You will become part of a close-knit and friendly team and play a key role in mentoring junior members.

As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to:

  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Take-offs from drawings
  • Production of high-quality and cost-effective tenders from first principles
  • Effective risk analysis
  • Attending client meetings
  • Establishing the requirements of clients and offering recommendations/solutions
  • Liaising with Commercial, Contracts and Administration departments

In return, you will receive a salary in the range of £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience, a generous car allowance, company pension, DIS benefit and professional development opportunities.
