As a Senior Project Manager stationed in Cumbernauld, you’ll assume a pivotal role in the organisation’s operational framework, emphasising the delivery of projects to the highest standards, from initial design through to project handover. Collaborating closely with our established team, you’ll ensure that all completed work aligns with the stellar reputation our client has worked hard to achieve.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing robust leadership and guidance to on-site personnel engaged in ongoing projects.
- Coordinating all projects to ensure they adhere to schedules, meet deadlines, and align with client specifications.
- Overseeing project development in accordance with approved plans and targets.
- Undertaking additional engineering responsibilities as needed.
- Identifying and monitoring project risks, and devising and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Compiling formal project progress updates and other relevant reports.
To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience at the Senior Project Manager level.
- Substantial experience within the civil engineering sector, with a valuable asset being rail project experience.
- A track record of working on rail station infrastructure enhancements.
- Ideally, qualifications at the HNC/HND level or higher.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients and designers.
