Contract Scotland have a Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy with a large housing contractor, based in Inverness. This project is a very large, phased housing project which is working to a tight programme of works.

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the housebuilding sector, in order to assist in driving this project forward.

Key Requirements of the Role:
• Attending meetings with site staff and sub-contractors
• Weekly & Monthly cost reporting
• Processing, querying and approving sub-contractor payments

Candidates who will be shortlisted for this role will possess the following
• Degree Qualification in Quantity Suveying (or equivalent)
• Around 4 years minimum experience
• Experience working within housebuilding or affordable housebuilding environment
• Full drivers licence

With this role comes a salary up to £65,000 and a large company bonus.
