Contract Scotland’s Cost Consultancy division have been engaged by a very well established consultancy to source a senior quantity surveyor to join their practice in Glasgow on a permanent basis. The client are looking to bring on a candidate with a background in private practice as well as a strong understanding of both Pre and Post Contract work. You’ll be able to manage and deliver projects to a high standard within the agreed deadlines and work with the wider team to ensure the Practice continues to enjoy a sterling reputation. To provide some insight, the have a project work across education, industrial developments and privately funded schemes taking on project and cost management responsibilities.

To be considered for this role you should have a background in PQS/Consultancy environment, but beyond that the client are keen to see profiles of candidates who have both stayed within this sector and moved into other environments such as contracting.
