As a senior quantity surveyor, you’ll have the opportunity to take a leading role in your own projects whilst also mentoring junior staff. The client are looking to bring on a candidate with a background in private practice as well as a strong understanding of both Pre and Post Contract work. You’ll be able to manage and deliver projects to a high standard within the agreed deadlines and work with the wider team to ensure the Practice continues to enjoy a sterling reputation.
