A well-established construction business who deliver a diverse range of building and civil engineering services in the north west of Scotland is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after a large new development in the Fort William area.

They require an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can:
  • Lead all aspects of the commercial delivery of the project
  • Compile and issue subcontract agreements
  • Produce monthly CVRs
  • Price contract variations, issuing required notices
  • Represent the business in client meetings
  • Provide mentorship to graduate Quantity Surveyors

They require a strong leader with good communication skill and the ability to represent the company's interest robustly whilst maintaining good relations with clients and the supply chain.

If you are educated to a minimum of HNC level in Quantity Surveying and can show significant experience operating independently in a site based civil engineering/construction environment then we will be happy to hear from you.

On offer is the chance to work on a large project with a 2 year programme and a diverse range of packages of work to look after. A highly competitive salary is on offer for the individual with the skill and expertise to competently take this challenge on.
