Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a hard working Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast paced National Main Contractor who has plenty on their books to allow job security and longevity. Collectively, the company has an average annual turnover of over £800 million per year and has multiple sub divisions, some of which focus on areas such as High End Private Housing Developments, Timber Frame design and build and main contracting. This role specifically will be focused in their New Build Social and Affordable housing division and requires you to be a key commercial driver for a high profile site in Edinburgh.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record of working at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level within a new build housing or main contracting environment working on relevant projects. Experience in other similar sectors may be considered. The role will require you to carry out typical duties of a Senior Quantity Surveyor however to be successful you must have a good understanding of commercial management and commercial admin experience. It is desirable to have JCT experience although not essential.
