Senior Quantity Surveyor
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor currently considering a job move and want to work for a reputable Civil Engineering contractor? They have been very successful in securing long term work
and due to this secured workload and as part of their continued growth plan they need to expand their commercial team.
Projects will be varied including a mix of Civils, Water and Marine
work across Scotland but largely within the Central Belt.
You will be responsible for commercially managing multiple projects from tender through to final account, providing commercial assistance to operational teams and others when required.What do you need to apply?
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Experience within the Civil Engineering and/or Water sectors
• Organisation skills required for managing multiple projects at one time
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
