Key Responsibilities for the Senior Site Agent role include:

  • Efficiently plan and organise the onsite workforce.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources on site.
  • Deliver contracts safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.
  • Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
  • Maintain up-to-date site records and registers.
  • Ensure work aligns with company safety procedures.
  • Foster positive working relationships both on and off the site.

Key Requirements for the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a civil contracting environment.
  • Previous involvement in the rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors.
  • Rail experience is essential.
  •
