Key Responsibilities for the Senior Site Agent role include:
- Efficiently plan and organise the onsite workforce.
- Ensure optimal use of resources on site.
- Deliver contracts safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to client specifications.
- Uphold high standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
- Maintain up-to-date site records and registers.
- Ensure work aligns with company safety procedures.
- Foster positive working relationships both on and off the site.
Key Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Minimum HNC level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in a civil contracting environment.
- Previous involvement in the rail and infrastructure Civil Engineering sectors.
- Rail experience is essential.
