To be considered for this role you must have...
·a track record of dealing with clients and subcontractors,
·a background in managing and overseeing numerous projects simultaneously,
·be able to work as part of a team and have solid management skills and have the ability to liaise with various departments and colleagues such as the Commercial Manager,
·relevant experience working on a Private Residential Development, with in depth understanding of NHBC regulations,
·come from a trades background or have a relevant degree in Construction Management,
·hold an up to date SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid qualification.
All this hardwork and responsibility doesn't go unnoticed.
In return our client is in the position to offer a salary up to the level of £52,000 basic (dependant on experience) as well as a company car (believe me, the list is comprehensive) or car allowance if preferred. A bonus of around 15% is also on offer as well as the usual trimmings such as health care, pension etc.
