Embark on our unique opportunity to join a stable housebuilder and make a genuine impact on the community through building quality homes. Our client prides themselves on centring their business plan and efforts around the community and making a significant impact with community spirit and improving the housing shortage.

With a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to expand their team and in turn can offer stability and progression to those meeting the demands and showing potential. Currently, primary work loads are focused within Glasgow but similar work is carried out within the Central Belt and East Scotland too.

To be considered, they require an experienced Site Manager with affordable housing experience who has previously worked on both houses and flatted developments and has a good knowledge of working with Registered Social Landlords and local authorities.

As the Site Manager you would be responsible for:
• Rigid Programme Schedules
• Labour/material procurement and management
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Customer care
• Staff Management
• Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site.

It is essential to have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid. The need for high commercial awareness, new build experience and a proven track record in this role is imperative. Relevant project experience will also be considered.
