This position offers you the chance to contribute to diverse sites across Scotland as part of the prestigious Scottish Water framework. This position will be based in Peterhead.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Site Engineer, you will be a vital part of project execution, with responsibilities including:
- Providing accurate and precise levels to ensure construction meets design specifications.
- Setting out.
- Conducting thorough safety checks to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and the project team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Offering valuable feedback and insights to enhance project efficiency.
- Adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality workmanship.
What’s On Offer:
- December 2023 start for 12 month duration.
- Location: Peterhead
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30.
- £280 to £300 (Gross) per day DOE.
- Payment methods – PAYE, CIS or Limited Company.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum HNC level qualification in civil engineering.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the water industry or similar infrastructure projects is essential.
- Proficiency in using relevant engineering tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective project collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
