A civil engineering contractor with operations spanning the North East and the Highlands of Scotland is looking to recruit a Site Engineer to join their expanding team. With a settled team of long term, committed and well rewarded staff, they can offer a welcoming, supportive work environment.

They are looking to appoint a self-motivated, experienced Site Engineer to take responsibility for setting out & surveying duties on a variety of civil infrastructure contracts including roads, drainage, earthworks and concrete structures. The role involves covering multiple sites so will require regular travel throughout the working week but should not require lengthy stints away from home.

As Site Engineer you should be:
• Qualified to a minimum of HNC level in civil engineering
• Proficient in the use of total station equipment
• Have a pro-active, adaptable attitude and good problem-solving skills
• A safety conscious attitude in delivering works ideally holding a SMSTS qualification
• A full UK driving license
