Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a site in the West of Scotland. This Site Manager will have a proven track record working within the Private Residential Sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
In return there is a long line of works available with multiple sites in the West and across Scotland and the opportunity to develop your career with a UK wide private housebuilder.
As the Site Manager you would be responsible for:
- The day to day running of the site
- Supervising multi trades
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Customer care
- Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site by adhering to NHBC standards
With this position you can expect a £48,000 to £52,000 salary as well as a comprehensive benefit package including a company car/ car allowance and bonus.
