Site Manager position on flatted development.
With so many Site Management opportunities within the Housing Sector out there, how does someone looking for a move decide what is the best option to go for? Is each company the same but with different ties? What if I move to a developer who are no different to my current employer? These are questions and worries most Site Managers face in a busy market - people are often looking for "something different".
We have been lucky enough to work with this "different" company very closely over the past 2 and a half years, as they emerge into the Scottish Market and are building a very strong team of people looking for just that...
This developer is at an exciting stage of growth, as they have recently gone from 2 sites to 10 in the space of a year - with very ambitious plans for 2018/2019 after securing a number of high profile projects.
We are looking to add another person to the Construction Team, this time, a Site Manager with experience producing flatted developments.
