A new housing project, in the Falkirk region requires an experienced site manager to work on the development detached 2-5 bedroom properties.
Contract Scotland is working with a family-owned residential housebuilder, based in Ayrshire to source a Technical Co-ordinator, to oversee the current and proposed developments in the West of Scotland.
Contract Scotland have an opportunity for a site manager, to work with one of the UK’s successful and award winning construction and residential developers
The currently have a requirement for a site manager to manage a mixed use flatted development in the south of Edinburgh.
- Extensive site management experience on flatted developments
- Excellent customer care track record
- Well versed in programming and health & safety within housebuilding sector
- CSCS,First Aid, SMSTS and Drivers License
- Ability to maintain and manage all trades and labour on the project
