We are looking for a Site Manager to work on a new residential development in the Edinburgh area for a prestigious volume house builder who pride themselves on their high quality houses.
As the Site Manager you would be responsible for:
• The day to day running of the site
• Supervising multi trades
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
• Customer care
• Ensuring there is a high level of quality on site by adhering to NHBC standards
To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the Private Residential Sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
In return you can expect a £45,000 to £60,000 salary as well as a comprehensive benefit package including a company car/ car allowance, annual bonus, share scheme, healthcare and pension.
