Site Manager

Calling all experienced Site Managers in the Aberdeenshire area! Do you have experience in managing planned or reactive maintenance works? Do you come from a trades background and looking for your next managerial role?

Contract Scotland are recruiting on behalf of a busy client who are looking to take on a Site Manager to manage planned maintenance works on residential properties including refurbishment and EWI.

So what do you need?
• Experience working in a multi-trade environment
• Ideally similar experience in a planned maintenance role (not essential)
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
• Access to own vehicle

In return you will get a salary up to £44,000, company van and fuel card and other benefits.
