Due to a sustained increase of work in the Aberdeen area, Contract Scotland are working closely with one of the UK’s leading national build contactors to source an experienced Site Manager. You will be supported by a long-standing industry leader and gain valuable experience working on large and diverse projects alongside an established and reputable team.

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving a 60-week new-build development (circa £20mill in value), before moving on to further secured work in the Aberdeen area.

You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Day-to-day site management.
• Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining and developing site records.
• Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines.
• Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
• Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on site.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, in the range of £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience), and a generous benefits package.
