Our client, a successful regional build contractor based in West Lothian, are looking to add a Site Manager to their established team in the East of Scotland. They operate within the commercial and residential sectors, taking on new-build and refurbishment works as both main contractor and sub-contractor, and deliver quality refurbishment work on listed and heritage buildings.

They boast a diverse project portfolio and have sustained work secured throughout Scotland. Our client provides strong job security, structured career progression opportunity, and the chance to work on a range of exciting and complex developments.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
– Day-to-day site management.
– Ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently.
– Maintaining and developing site records.
– Pushing forward projects in line with budget and quality guidelines.
– Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
– Playing a key role in mentoring and training junior members on site.

To be considered for this role, you will be a driven and professional individual, with experience delivering roofing and external works packages, and demonstrable success managing new-build and refurbishment developments.

In return, you will receive a salary in the range of £45,000 – £55,000, depending on experience, and a generous benefits package.
