One of the UK’s leading housebuilders have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager for a new development in the Falkirk region.
As a highly regarded housebuilder in Scotland who pride themselves in great staff retention they are looking for someone who has a strong house building background and site management experience.
What you need to apply:
• Proven site management experience within the volume housebuilding sector
• Knowledge of NHBC standards
• Exemplary Health & Safety record on site
• Ability to manage a large number of sub-contractors and labour on-site
• CSCS, SMTS, First Aid Qualifications
With a strong growth focus and increase in new sites in 2022, the team focus on producing a high quality product through robust programming and planning. They also have a great sub-contractor network to call on.
