Contract Scotland are working with one of Scotland’s larger housebuilders, to appoint an assistant site manager for one of a number of developments in Edinburgh and the East.

The company are looking for a Site Manager to work in South Queensferry on a flatted development from inception to completion. With the rare opportunity to move onto site from the start, this is your chance to make the site your own, showcase your skills and be part of a wider, reputable company.
Your duties within the role will include:
• Planning and organising all labour on site, including sub contractors
• Quality control
• Maintaining Health and Safety
• Keeping site records and registers up to date
• Ensuring site is safe and tidy place to work and visit
• Customer care
If you are an experienced Site Manager with your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid overseeing new build Social Housing developments we are keen to speak to you.
With this role comes a salary up to £55,000 and benefits package.
