We have a Site Manager position with a leading medium sized housebuilder located in the East who are looking for an experienced manager who will continue to help in the growth and development of their new sites.
Contract Scotland are working with one of Scotland’s larger housebuilders, to appoint an assistant site manager for one of a number of developments in Edinburgh and the East.
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to work in the West of Scotland? Do you have new build social housing or main contracting experience?
Due to an increased work load we are working with one of the largest Social and Affordable Housing contractors in Scotland who complete over 700 homes per year. With a strong pipeline of work and a dynamic culture you could have the chance to become part of the team and strengthen your future.
Your duties within the role will include:
• Planning and organising all labour on site, including sub contractors
• Quality control
• Maintaining Health and Safety
• Keeping site records and registers up to date
• Ensuring site is safe and tidy place to work and visit
• Managing and reducing waste
• Protecting the public for all works
If you are an experience Site Manager with your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid overseeing new build Social Housing developments or potentially project such as student accommodations or hotels, we are keen to speak to you.
