Site Manager required for a 4 month contract in Inverness overseeing retail refurbishment works with an immediate start available

Contract Scotland are currently working with a busy principal contracting business well known for their work in the retail refurbishment sector to recruit for a Site Manager to oversee the dayshift works on a supermarket refresh project in Aberdeen for a period of 6 months with an immediate start available.
This role will involve working as part of the wider project management team and assuming on site responsibility for management of sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with the programme, liaison with store management and members of the public, general site logistics, maintenance of site records and production of progress reports to provide to senior management.
The working hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday with occasional overtime required.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are all a requirement for this role.
This position can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
