Structural Technician – Development Infrastructure

A large, market leading Engineering Design Consultancy with offices throughout the UK are looking for a Structural Technician to join their Glasgow based team. This consultancy prides itself on their ability to provide innovative solutions to clients' project requirements in a timely manner. Within this role you will be exposed to a wide range of structural engineering projects on a daily basis including multi-million pound commercial developments to small scale refurbishment projects.

This consultancy have experienced a peak in workload which they expect to increase further as the year progresses. They are therefore looking to expand their CAD team in order to meet the growing workload.

The successful applicant will:
  • Be educated to a minimum of HNC level in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Hold previous Design Consultancy experience within a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Aptitude for learning and a desire to progress
