Supply Chain Data Lead

The job holder will be responsible for collecting and analysing supply chain data, evaluating data around spend per project, Supplier Performance and produce effective KPIs in line with the business requirements. The successful applicant will determine the most effective way to display the analysis to the team and other Stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and analyse the relevant reports
- Update pricing and master data in line with standard costs
- Upload and maintain lead times within BMD
- Set up and train the Procurement team in Coupa
- Create effective standard work for all current and new processes within the Procurement Team
- Support the Head of Procurement & Procurement Lead in the creation of presentations for Supplier Review Packs
- Create a Governance plan to maintain the Approved Supplier List in IMS
- Support the Head of Procurement in Environmental/Social Values data collection and action plan
- Update and maintain all Procurement procedures within IMS
- Create and maintain a database on supplier risk assessment plan around accreditations
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail and accuracy and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple business systems.
