Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client, based in the Stirling area. This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary and the chance for you to develop your administration skills within a supportive team environment.

You will work as part of the Support Services Team and will provide administrative support to the Support Services Director and Executive Assistants and ensure all tasks are carried out, providing the best possible administration support at all times.

The role is varied and includes the following duties:
  • Answering all calls and directing to relevant person
  • Collate information for weekly meetings, pulling sheets together and distributing to relevant people
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure all information is correct
  • Collating and formatting readings and speeches for the Chief Executive
  • Taking mail to post office
  • Ordering and collecting catering for internal meetings
  • Making teas and coffees for internal meetings and visitors to the business
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Dealing with personal appointments for Chief Executive
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

This is an entry level position and may even suit a graduate looking for their first step on the career ladder or someone who has gained some administration experience and is looking for their next career move. You must be organised and hard working with a proactive approach to work. You will have a knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and will be confident in your ability to learn new processes.
