WE’RE A FINALIST FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INVESTING IN TALENT AWARDS
We’veᅠbeen selected as a finalist in the Best Recruitment Consultancy category of the 2016 Construction Investing in Talent Awards, making the first ever shortlist of this brand new award scheme.
Brought to you by Construction News and New Civil Engineer, these awards are about rewarding individuals and teams who work so hard to attract and retain the best talent.
Commenting on the news, Operations Director John-Paul Toner said:
“We’re thrilled to have made the shortlist at the inaugural Construction Investing in Talent Awards and to have been acknowledged by the construction industry for the work we do in assisting our clients to attract and retain talent.
As the battle for skills intensifies, Contract Scotland has launched a number of new initiatives in the last couple of years to help overcome the skills shortage and identify those sought after skills that our clients need to help them deliver for their customers, and it’s pleasing that the investment we’ve made has been recognised.”
Construction News editor Rebecca Evans said:
“This year’s shortlist demonstrates just how hard businesses across the whole industry are working to attract, retain and develop the best talent.
The initiatives highlighted by our finalists demonstrate the all-too-often unsung creativity of the people behind the projects.
We can’t wait to celebrate all their achievements at the awards in December – and to reveal the winners.”
